Social Commitment
Our responsibility as a manufacturer extends to the families and communities around our workshops. We support community needs through financial help, food donation drives, and paid work for women from villages.
Our approach
Work that supports the community
Alongside our manufacturing, we organise and fund community activities. Each one is planned with the people it is meant to help.
How we work
Fair wages, safe work, lasting help
- Work offered on fair terms to the women we employ
- Help given directly, with the families concerned
- Activities planned and organised by our own team
- Open to partnerships with other organisations in Varanasi
